My name is Frank Gross and I am the owner of Thunder Road Guitars. Welcome to my store. I have worked in the instrument retail field for almost a decade and finally have decided to open my own shop. The last 10 years of my life has been spent playing in successful bands, touring every corner of the beautiful United States and many parts of the world playing rock-n-roll. Being a musician myself, I have a strong love and passion for music and instruments. As a business owner I want to give you the same experience that I would expect from a guitar store.  I look forward to doing business with you.

 

Terms & conditions

We offer a 72 hour approval period on all guitar & amplifiers. In the event of a return the customer pays all shipping and insurance costs and any other credit card or Paypal fees associated with the transaction. With that said, we go to great lengths to ensure with confidence that you are getting the exact item you purchased in the condition and originality described.

 

We accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, and Direct Wire Transfer. For international purchases we can only accept Direct Wire Transfer and Paypal. If you have any questions regarding payment please ask.

 

We ship exclusively through UPS in the United States and USPS worldwide. If you prefer another shipping method please let us know so we can accommodate your needs. Customers are responsible for any damages occurred during shipping. Any claims must be handled between customer and shipper.
