Beautiful 000 size guitar built by Germany's master luthiers duo Willi Henkes and Rudie Blazer. Alpine spruce top, Rosewood sides & back, abalone & rope top purfling and rosette, ebony fingerboard and bridge with inlays, Larson style laminated bracings, scallop bracings, original gold tuners with pearl buttons, 45 mm at nut, with original hard case.
Willi Henkes and Rudie Blazer only build a few guitars and they are also known for their repair works of fine vintage instruments. They have an extensive knowledge of fine vintage instruments and they successfuly recreated the looks, feel and sound of the '30 Larson Bros. 000 style 44 guitar. They used finest quality Alpine spruce and Rosewood for this special guitar and decorated with beautiful abalone and rope purfling, rosette and inlays. The bracings are spruce sandwiching rosewood just like Larson Bros. Beautiful over tone and fat middle range which is the charactaristic of Larson Bros. It is totally different from vintage Martin or Gibson. You have to try it to believe it!
