Player's Perspective
Music Store Live is proud to present this 1964 Epiphone Casino - ES320T! This is the kind of guitar we here at MSL would love to wake up to everyday, knowing it's there, ready, all tuned up, waiting patiently to be played. This 60's Epi dolls out vintage tone these axes are known for by the bucket and it is set up so well that we're sure you'll be reaching for this as your number one guitar in no time at all. The unique pickup positioning and hollow body design gives this Casino its special voice - not too bright, never harsh and not muddy in the bass either. It's a refined sound that boarders on the ethereal but is always a welcome sound for blues, rock, pop and jazz. We know this will end up a guitar that anyone can be proud to show off in their collection.
Item Details
This 1964 Epiphone Casino is finished in a glowing warm sunburst and is all original with the exception of the frets. When the frets were replaced the fretboard was leveled slightly. The frets and fretboard are both in excellent condition as is the rest of this guitar. Made popular by players like Keith Richards, John Lennon and George Harrison, this single pickup model ES320T is just as comfortable to play as its dual pickup brother and offers its own distinct tone. This style of guitar is having a raging comeback right now too as players like Gary Clark Jr have helped reintroduce them to the guitar playing public. The maple thinline hollowbody combines with the mahogany neck and bound rosewood fretboard to make for a killer tone machine. The single P-90 pickup pumps out classic vintage tone no matter how the guitar is dialed in. Some other notable features include the trapeze tailpiece with raised diamond, Epi pickguard, Kluson tuners and the ABR wire bridge. This Casino comes with its original hard shell case.
