The neck is super fast and comfortable everywhere, bends are easy and lightning fast runs are effortless. The upper register on this guitar is really something special. All the way up to the 22nd fret, full step bends and heavy vibratos are not only easy but still have the same dynamic responsiveness as the rest of the neck, making for a true singer of a guitar. The body is extremely comfortable sitting or standing, and the light weight will allow for hours of practicing and performing. The construction is impeccable - this guitar can take tons of abuse and still play wonderfully. Would you expect anything less from the man who took shred to the next level? Item Details With a natural finish over a gorgeous 5A flame maple top, the Wolfgang USA HT has a lightweight basswood body with a maple neck. The ebony fretboard creates an even faster, more precise feel. The EVH pickups are hot and incredibly responsive to playing dynamics, perfect for searing leads up high, chunky riffs down low, and everything in between. The bridge on this model is very unique and very helpful: It's a Gotoh hard tail, but with fine tuners like you'd see on a Floyd Rose. This gives you the tuning precision and stability of a Floyd Rose but with the convenience of a hardtail. The thing won't fall out of tune no matter how far you bend or how much you abuse the strings. Other features include 22 frets, 25.5" scale length, block inlays, 5-ply body binding and a three-way selector switch. The Wolfgang USA HT is a straight-ahead shred machine that doesn't sacrifice tone for speed.
