Item Details There's a ton of features on this American Deluxe Jazz Bass V 5 string to tell you about. First, the Ash body's Natural gloss urethane finish make for an amazing looking instrument. Next, the maple neck has an Asymmetrical C profile, maple fretboard with black block inlays and 21 medium jumbo frets. A newly designed preamp circuit with an Active / Passive toggle switch delivers exciting a wide variety of tones and the powerful-yet-quiet new N3 noiseless pickups present more clean headroom and EQ-ing options than ever before. A passive master tone control even furthers the tonal variance available in this model. A dual loading High Mass Vintage bridge lets you string your through the body or top-load style. Other fine appointments on this American Deluxe V String Jazz Bass include a contoured heel for easy upper fret access, rolled fingerboard edges and flat head screws on the battery compartment so you can make quick and easy changes on a gig if need be with a coin or even a pick. This Jazz Bass comes with a molded rectangular SKB hard shell case loaded with Fender case candy.
