Player's Perspective Music Store Live is proud to present this 1970 Fender Rhodes MK I Stage Piano! This Rhodes is a killer player that's ready to hit the stage, studio or the road with you. The tone is exactly what you would expect from one of the most popular vintage electric pianos of all time. It's buttery, sweet and bright. Any lover of Rhodes style keyboards will agree that this one has stood the test of time only to beg for more. Check the video below to hear a clip of it in action. The video is a simple iPhone clip so please excuse the audio quality. Also, the distortion is quite on purpose. The Rhodes was being run through a PRS Dallas CAD 50 watt amp. You can hear that this MK I loves to get cranked and it delivers plenty of natural crunch depending on the dynamics.
