This is an extraordinarily resonant Strat that has been plenty played, as its classic elbow wear on the top would indicate. And check out the extensive buckle wear on the back—this is a guitar that has seen many a darkened stage. With clay dots, all original hardware, and three great sparkly pickups—on the bright side of Strat pickups—this one has a unique feel among our many pre-CBS Strats.
Its thin, shallow tapered neck is completely bare as well, and the original frets are low but still playable. Darkened to a nice honeyed color, with a gorgeous sunburst, this L-series Strat is essential for any player to check out, as well as anyone looking for the kind of classic wear that can only come with time.
