Right out of the box this guitar plays like a dream come true. The neck is outrageously smooth and lightning fast. The neck profile is luxuriously comfortable and will suit a wide variety of players. If you play Blues, Rock, Jazz, Fusion, Funk, Reggae, Country or Metal, this Strat can cover your needs. The intonation is perfect and the guitar plays wonderfully in tune everywhere on the neck. Strings bend effortlessly and have a very responsive "bounce" to them. There is loads of sustain packed into this beast and the tone is full bodied in every pickup configuration. While all of the classic Strat tones are available in the 1 to 4 positions, the bridge pickup option gives you just that much more power for blistering leads and heavy riffing. This is a Rock machine in every regard and you don't need to take out a second mortgage to own one. Item Details The high quality select Alder body has a Three Color Sunburst paint job and a urethane finish with a thinner undercoat for improved resonance. The maple neck features a rosewood fretboard with dot inlays and a 9.5" radius for smooth playability in every position. A pair of Custom Shop Fat 50's Strat Pickups are installed in the neck and middle position while a Fender Diamondback Humbucker Pickup is installed in the bridge position for an incendiary lead tone. The 2-Point Synchronized Tremolo Bridge with Vintage Style Bent Steel Saddles makes for killer tone, intonation and tuning stability as does the set of Fender Deluxe Staggered Cast / Sealed Tuners.
