Custom-Sounds Ltd. is located in Finland/Europe and we have been in web selling high quality guitar gear from 1996.

How to order:
Our pricelist is on Euro and include VAT for European Community.
If you are from outside EC please register and you will then see the Tax Free prices.

There is always a currency converter next to the price so you can see the price in US$ or what ever currency you prefer.

If you are from EC and have a valid VAT register number please contact us for info orderering without VAT.

If you place an order and we don´t have the product in stock we will inform you what is the backorder time. We never charge your credit card before we ship the ordered products.
Please email us if you like to pay with PayPal.

Returning an item:
Please contact us before shipping on order back, we will give you the shipping info. After we have got the product back we will refund your credit card or bank account for the sum you paid (-shipping) if the goods are like new and in original untouched box.
If there are signs of use, so that the product can´t be sold as new anymore we will reduce the damage from the price paid (often 10-25%).
