Very nice Gibson EB0 in Cherry from 1963 serial: 112862 ( on back of headstock, no made in USA stamp) Its relatively clean with a few chips and dings ( usual kind of marks) Light checking to the finish, particularly on the back of the neck. The is fully intact. ( unusual for these old basses as they often shrank and cracked) The frets are good the truss rod works as does the string mute. Currently set up nice and low with a set of flat wounds. If you look closely at the pictures there is a small notch of wood (almost like a button) added to cover up an extra drill hole where a previous owner may have attempted to move the position of the output socket? All round this is a very clean example of an early 60s Gibson. This bass comes in a non original hard case. This bass can be collected in Hackney. If you decide to have it shipped i will make sure its packed well inside a cardboard guitar box. Paypal accepted but bank transfer / cash on collection preferred. Payment by instalments
In a situation where payment by instalments is agreed, the following terms & conditions apply:
Payments are to be made on the dates agreed. If the customer fails to do so or pulls out of an agreed deal after 1 month has elapsed from the date of the first payment, 10% of the agreed sale price is non refundable. A further 10% will be added each consecutive month thereafter. Within the first month a 5% fee is applied. Andy Baxter Bass has the right to withdraw from any agreement and re list the item if payments are not made on the agreed dates.
VAT/Duty/Customs Charges
Payable by consignee upon receipt of goods. We are not responsible for VAT, duty or customs charges.
Accounts
Terms are available for qualified buyers. Upon successfully passing credit checks, payment and billing terms will be set up.
Shipping
Shipping costs are in addition to the cost of your guitars or merchandise. ( unless otherwise stated) If you prefer, you can arrange shipping via your own preferred carrier. Shipping charges paid by Andy Baxter Bass are non-refundable.
Returns
Merchandise is sold as is. Please ask all questions, view all pictures, etc. before purchasing. We do not negotiate price after the sale. No exceptions. Just the same, if you find out that the guitar or gear doesn’t work for you, you can return it within 48 hours. Please call for return authorization before shipping any merchandise back. Returned merchandise must be shipped fully insured at the customer’s cost and in it’s original condition. Upon receipt of the merchandise, a refund (less shipping and any other applicable fees) will be issued within 48 hours, subject to a £50 or 5% restocking fee. (Whichever is greater, unless otherwise negotiated) The restocking fees will be waived if the instrument is damaged, or sent incorrectly. ALL dealers will be charged restocking fee on returns for any reason due the the common practice of reselling. Special orders are not returnable.
