1979 Gibson Les Paul Custom - Sunburst Flametop !
Rare 1979 Gibson Les Paul Custom in Sunburst finish with a bookmatched and center-seemed flamed maple top. They always had 3-piece, non-flamed maple tops on 70s LP Customs and we have never seen one before, so it propably was a custom order or a employee - instrument, the second stamp on the back of the headstock could be a indication for that too. The guitar has been played, so it has visible play-wear, mostly on the backside of the neck and body, but it is in all original and unmodfied condition. The frets have been profesionally renewed, low action and great playability. It has the original Gibson Pat.Nr. T-Top humbuckers which sound great in that guitar. Incl. orig. Gibson hardshell case with maroon lining.
