Top quality modified vintage guitar. You can't find this well-modified vintage guitar easily. Basically this guitar has been owned by professional recording producer for long time, and the guitar has been modified for professional guitarist to play in recording studio.
Here is the details... the body top finish has been refinished in aged gold like 50's gold top by Dead Mint Club Japan. Top of the head stock has original finish. One piece mahogany neck and "i" dot on gibson logo on small head. the serial number says it's 69 but from these specs it's made in 1968 I'd say. P-90 pick up has converted to late 60's vintage T-bucker. Vintage grover tuner has installed. Callaham Steel ABR-1 Bridge&Dead Mint Club real aged reissue Tailpiece. the ABR-1 stud place has been moved to "MODERN" as everyone know all vintage guitar were designed for playing with flat wound guitar strings, so almost vintage guitar has imperfect pitch but we don't really play with it right? This guitar has very accurate pitch by moving the ABR-1 stud. The neck has nice middle fat shape. Re-fretted and re-nut. All electronics has been replaced except original black beauty capasitors, now it has newer CTS pots and Vintage Western Electric wires. All plastic parts has changed to Dead Mint Club reissue Relic® parts in black. Reissue hard case.
Totally a perfect gear for professional musician who really care about pitch! The T-bucker Rocks! Low action. You don't have to waste your time and money! IF YOU GET THIS GUITAR!
