Clean, this guitar can put out everything from quacky single coil twang to subtle and refined jazz tone. Distorted, you can get thick and midsy snarl, screaming highs or creamy, smooth lows. All of the sounds breathe with that characteristic Gretsch responsiveness, which highlights subtleties in pick attack and volume. The neck is very round and comfortable in every register, perfect for quick single note lines, strumming or heavy riffing. This is an immaculately crafted guitar that will shine in a variety of country, blues, rock and jazz-based styles, and it'll look great doing it.

This left handed Gretsch G6134LH White Penguin is one of the best dressed guitars we have. The semi-hollow construction provides dynamic warmth, and the arched laminated maple top makes for a snappy high-end response and great projection. The mahogany neck has a bound ebony fretboard with 22 frets. Electronically, this guitar is straightforward but rich and versatile: Two DynaSonic Single-Coil pickups do a great job of interpreting the guitar's sound, clean or distorted. Grover Imperial Die-Cast tuners and a synthetic bone nut provide great tuning stability. All of the gold color - hardware, pickup rings, bridge, tailpiece, headstock - matches the white of the body very nicely. Other features include hump-block position inlays and an ebony-based Space Control Roller bridge. You'll have a hard time finding a more well outfitted guitar with such a dazzling vibe.
