Shipping :

Groove Street will ship your order right to your door.  All orders placed online qualify for free shipping if within the Benelux and France ! We ship worldwide using UPS.

We will ship your order within 2 days of receiving your payment on our account. If for some reason there is a delay processing your order, we will contact you right away.

If we are currently backordered on an item, it's likely that we will have it in stock again sooner than 3-4 weeks. Usually the items is already on its way to us. You may still purchase an out-of-stock item on the website and we will send it to you as soon as possible. For a precise ETA on an item, feel free to email or call us.

Most products ship in the original manufacturer's box. Every item that leaves Groove Street is professionally packed and fully insured for the purchase price.

If you have made a purchase online and have already been sent your UPS tracking number, you can track the package online.

International shipments within Europe are generally not subject to Customs Duties (VAT Charges) above and beyond the purchase price and shipping charged.

You may choose to use your own shipping account (i.e. FedEx), but you'll need to contact us for arrangements. In using your own shipping account you assume all liability for damaged and lost shipments. We can assist you in providing documentation regarding the value of the item. We strongly encourage you to insure your shipment for the full purchase price.

Issues :

If an item arrives with any issue or amount of damage not disclosed prior to purchase, please hold the item. Be sure to retain all packing materials and contact us immediately. Please allow us the opportunity to help prior to lodging a claim with your credit card company or with PayPal. We will arrange for the item to be picked up and inspected immediately. Please do not send the item back yourself. This will greatly complicate the process. We will work with you to replace the item or refund you in full if the item is not replaceable.

The product must be returned to Groove Street in orderly condition, without signs of wear and tear, free from all third party claims and at the cost and risk of the customer himself. Refund is only made if the goods are received back in perfect condition. The right of return may be refused, if there are any marks, scratches or stains etc. which cannot be removed. Refund (minus shipping costs) will be carried out, by a transfer to your PayPal account.

Warranty :

There is a two year warranty on your purchase. But defects or damages of any kind caused by the customer or an unauthorized individual are not protected by warranty. Naturally occurring signs of wear and tear are equally excluded from warranty.
