Larson Bros. Euphonon / 000 Brazilian / 1930 / NATURAL / Guitar For Sale

Call for price

Very rare Larson Bros. Euphonon 000! Spruce top, Brazilian Rosewood sides and back, original ebony fingerboard, ebony bridge, ivoroid bindings, open back tuners, replacement pickguard (same shape as original one), refinish with French polish, 43 mm at nut, U shape neck, with hard case.

Larson Bros. started to build steel string guitars before Martin and they built wonderful guitrs from 1890\'s to mid-1940. They are highly praised and rare. The body is refinished with French polish so the finish is very light and it sounds like vintage Larson. There are center seam repair and a repaired crack on the right side of the center seam on the top, but it is in an excellent condition. The neck condition is great and it is very comfortable to play. The sound is wonderful vintage Larson sound which is different from Martin or Gibson. Rich over tone, strong middle range, fast response and loud! It is especially hard to find the original Larson Euphonon 000 size. Considering the recent high price of vintage pre-war Martin and Gibson, Larson is still a good buy. Buy before the price goes up! Highly recommended! Price: 1,480,000 yen + shipping & insurance
