In our workshop we repair tube, analogue and digital equipment. We build pedal-boards, racksystems and custom-solutions and have realised for many guitar- and bassplayers from Europe there dreamsystems.

5 years warranty
On all products of Loopersparadise we grant a Loopersparadise warranty of 5 years. Loopersparadise gives apart from the legal 2 yearly guarantee an additional 3 years of warranty on all its products. From the additional Loopersparadise warranty are exceptional: mechanical components, switches, sockets, LED´s and displays, cables and plugs. This warranty is only valid for the original buyer of the commodity.

14 days money back warranty and returns
14 days money back warranty (after receipt of the commodity). Impossible of this money back warranty are Looper and Switcher if the Setup has not personally discussed with Loopersparadise before ordering (feasibility study), as well as cables and plugs. With returns only the commodity is taken back, which is in the intact original cardboard, with operating instructions and optically perfect (without scratches). Each return must be announced before dispatch by email or by telephone. Backtook place is only the following address: Frank Post, Metzerstr. 73, D-66117 Saarbrücken. The warranty claim must be made valid within the guarantee period and the commodity must be shipped after arrangement with Loopersparadise with the original invoice. Appreciative lack of warranty are repaired free of charge by Loopersparadise. Replaced parts and goods change into the property of Loopersparadise. Further requirements than the right to recovery of the lack of the commodity are not justified by these, additionally for legal guarantee granted warranty. If a case of warranty enters during the guarantee period, then this extends neither the warranty term, nor this is set thereby again on. The additional 3 yearly Loopersparadise warranty is valid only for customers, who are consumers in the sense of the §13 of the BGB. Loopersparadise pays in principle no back transmission postage for sent back goods. Back transmission postage is refunded only with defective commodity within the warranty.

Payment
The payment takes place by 100% prepayment; either by bank credit transfer or PayPal. Self-service of the commodity is also possible after previous date arrangement in Saarbrücken.

Free dispatch inside Germany starts from 100,00 € commodity value.
Loopersparadise sent away all its goods insured with DPD or DHL. Starting from a commodity value of 100 € freight-free, free supply takes place within Germany. Forwarding expenses outside of Germany please take it under „SHIPMENT “. To each ordered effect pedal Loopersparadise provides free of charge: 1 set Loopersparadise effect pedal fastening system. With the payment of the commodity I explain myself in agreement with the terms of payment and business.
