Martin / 0-18K / 1928 / Koa Wood Finish / Guitar

This is a wonderful example of an all original Koa bodied 0-18, it is just in from 1 family ownership for the last 86 years, its Koa wood selection is beautiful on its top, back & sides, its figure is very colorful & grainey, having almost no signs of play time nor any aging patina, its mahogany neck is full sized & would make a great Spanish converted neck if one chose to do so, it is still set up w/its flat factory frets on its ebony fingerboard w/tall black nut, its straight saddle ebony bridge appears to have been reglued at some point, there are no repairs nor a single crack ever on this beauty, no weatherchecking nor much yellowing to its thin finish, it is the best unmolested 0-28K we have ever encountered, it is 1 of just 302 ever made in 1928 & is truly exceptionally clean in all respects, comes with a nice hardshell case.
