Mossman / Tennessee 12 String / 1975 / Natural / Guitar

This is a really nice and rare to see item, especially over here in the UK - This is a  LOVELY original 1975 Mossman Tennessee 12 string flat top acoustic it is a superb sounding guitar and what’s more, as far as I can tell, it is 100% original and totally crack free!

Rare to see this most desirable model - you just do not see these amazing 12 strings in the UK very often.

It was bought nearly 15 years ago by a Mossman collector and enthuiast from George Gruhn’s in Nashville and has been part of his cherished Mossman collection ever since.

It really is a beautiful sounding classic Mossman and is really easy to play with a good action all across the board. It is made of very fine materials including a solid spruce top and some of the most beautifuly grained mahogany I have seen on a guitar. There are just a few, very small dings here and there plus a small amout of minor lacquer checking but that really is about it!

I am sure the new owner will not be dissapointed with this and if you are looking for a really sweet sounding and open 12 string tha is easy to play as well as a vintage item that appreciates then you have probably just found it.

if you are reading this you're familiar with the history of this illustrious Guitar maker - if not here is a link to an article by Eric Shoaf of Vintage Guitar Magazine. http://www.vintageguitar.com/1922/mossman-guitars/

This is a rare opportunity. You just do not see these rare 12 strings that often and especially in this great condition.

Included is what I think is the original 70s case which does a great job of protecting the guitar very well.
