The 513 combines the premium quality and distinct sound you expect from PRS with more tonal options than we've ever seen on an electric guitar. This guitar plays as perfectly as any PRS you've ever played. It has lightning fast low action and 100% spot on intonation. Bends are effortless, fast passages are easy, and the neck is easy to navigate everywhere. The versatility of this instrument makes it one of the best studio and gigging axes you could pack with you. Item Details This PRS 513 features a gorgeous maple top finished in custom color Armando's Amethyst Smokeburst. Every top from PRS is a bit different, and this one is no exception. The wood is rich and well defined throughout with some broader grain behind the bridge and unique patterning above the middle pickup. The East Indian Rosewood neck is really something special. It has a Pattern Regular shape without a heavy gloss finish, which really lets the wood breathe a bit more when it's played. This lets you feel the vibrations of the music in the neck itself, which makes for a playing experience unlike anything we're used to. Electronics-wise, this PRS 513 features a dual blade switching system. One is a 5 way pickup selector switch and the other is a 3 way mode switch that allows you to run the guitar in single coil, clear humbucking or heavy humbucking mode. This allows for a dramatic range of tonal variance as well as unique combinations that will always keep your ears inspired. Other features on this axe include a 25 1/4" scale length, rosewood fretboard, a PRS tremolo bridge and PRS Phase III Locking Tuners. You'll have a tough time exhausting the possibilities of this guitar. Overall Condition This PRS 513 is in brand new pristine mint condition with absolutely no nicks, scratches, or blemishes of any kind.
