Well every PRS private stock is unique, but among the 'unique' private stock you will find no more than probably a handful that simply lift the word 'Unique' to a level of uniqueness that everybody - including the non-guitar-people- understand. I think that goes for this guitar. The top is really something else. It looks like splatter-caster-top, (remember Fender did that for a while!) as if different colors paint were dropped on a fast rotating guitar top - but it's in fact this Private stock is crafted from true "splatter-flamed" maple in a splatter burst figuring i never seen before! I consider this one the best PRS Private Stock electric guitars i ever seen, doing justice to the work uniqueness in every way. Another unique feature is the uniquely figured quilted bees-wing mahogany body. To pick up an instrument that's as beautiful and expressive as it is unique made from the very best tonewoods and made on a level of construction and detailing like this one, is a unique treat for the collector and a life-long guitarist.
The guitar is finished with PRS's premium gold hardware as well as custom inlays, This Private Stock 513 features PRS's 513 pickup system - giving you a massive range of tones.
