Main Drag Music is located in the historic Esquire Building at 330 Wythe Avenue on the corner of South 1st street, in Williamsburg Brooklyn.Take either the L train to Bedford Ave or the JMZ to Marcy Ave.

HOURS

We're open 7 days a week.Monday through Saturday from 11am until 8pm and Sunday from 11am to 7pm

RETURNS

All musical instruments bought online or shipped (guitars, banjos, drums, etc...) are subject to a 48-hour return policy. If you are not satisfied with an instrument you have 48 hours after delivery confirmation to contact us and explain why. All shipped returns are subject to approval and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must include all original packaging and accessories. All other items (amplifiers, pedals, etc.) as well as all items bought in-store are sold as-is and all sales are final. Vintage keyboards and all electromechanical devices are also sold as-is with local pick-up only.

SHIPPING

We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex, Paypal, Cash, and Postal Money Order.Buyer pays all shipping costs. All items sold within the continental United States are shipped UPS ground. Because of the inconsistencies of size and weight of most of our products, all shipping costs are calculated at the time of purchase. Upgraded shipping is also available at the buyer's expense. International shipments are available by quote and are handled on a case-by-case basis.All shipments are fully insured, professionally packed, and a signature is required for delivery confirmation. To prevent fraud, all shipments will be sent only to the billing address of the account used. If your item is damaged in shipping, we will do everything in our power to help you recoup your losses, but we cannot be held responsible for the actions of a shipping carrier. All shipping charges are non refundable.

FOREIGN ORDERS

Any duties, taxes, and all other charges that might incur due to the import of goods from Main Drag Music are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
