BSG / OM33F / 2011 / Guitar

BSG guitars are built by Jan Stovicek in Czechia and are renowned for their excellent tonal qualities and impressively detailed craftmanship. Jan and his small team only make a maximum of 200 guitars every year, and maintaining the highest quality in every step of the production process is absolutely his main goal. When you take all these things in consideration it almost makes you wonder how this is possible at this price level. This quote by Jan Stovicek says it all: "We strive for perfection when crafting our guitars, Even though absolute perfection is only in God's hands, We are getting closer with every guitar we build." Jan Stovicek, Founder.  The OM, or „Orchestra Model“ has a rare combination of features. One of the most interesting and important is the fusion of a long-scale neck with a small body which makes it an extremely responsive and playable guitar. The OM’s smaller-size body makes the guitar easier to hold, especially in the seated position preferred by many fingerstylists. This 2011 OM33F features the optional slotted headstock and tons of other impressive upgrades. The back and sides of this guitar have been crafted using premium grade solid Brazilian Rosewood (CITES included) which has been mated to a European spruce top. The body has been bound with rosewood and maple, and the top has a beautiful "rope" trim along the edge and a expertly crafted "rope" rosette. The rope theme continues along the ebony fretboard with wavey-shaped overhang on the C-shaped mahogany neck with rosewood bindings and rope trim, and runs al the way across the ebony headstock overlay. The sound of this instrument will blow you away; it is powerful, rich but at the same time finely balanced and tuned as to not become unclear at any point. Condition is Excellent; the instrument is super clean with hardly any playwear. The endpin hole has been enlarged to fit a pickup, a strap button has been fixed in the side/bass side/upper bout. Includes newer hardshell case. ABOUT US

I have always been opposed to being trapped into a job eight hours a day to purchase the free time to do what I enjoy. That’s why i started the Fellowship of Acoustics. The fellowship of acoustics was founded by Rudi Bults, Guitarist and obsessed with tone and wood. The idea was offering real expertise when trading and selling the finest instruments in the world from our showroom in Bergentheim, Netherlands. Helping others find the right tools and enjoying an atmosphere that’s unhurried, honest and informative that’s my go. We are nothing like the "supermarket" style music stores, but specialize in string-things only. We are widely known for Flattop guitars but also sell electric, mandolins & banjo’s, amps, parts, and accessories. Our store has earned the reputation for being a great place to shop for the best products and service.
It is our hope that this new website - much more than a list of "gear" for sale - will serve as an example of our commitment to offering a more personal approach, a friendly atmosphere, and an ultimately more satisfying experience for our friends and customers.
If you have any questions just dial +31-523-232205 or e-mail info@thefellowshipofacoustics.com My name is Rudi Bults, and I’m always here to help out. Wherever possible, we would recommend that you visit our store and experience our instruments and service first hand. However, because of our high standards you can be confident of ordering online from us. We hope you enjoy your visit to our site, and welcome your feedback.
