Bill Lawrence Guitars / Blizzard / 1970's / Cherry / Guitar For Sale
There is barely any information in the net or literature about this extremely rare solidbody . The headstock logo "Lawrence" points to the famous PU designer Billy Lawrence aka Billy Lorento aka Willi Lorenz Stich who was born in Cologne / Germany and played in a band called the "Blizzards" during the Sixties. Lawrence's longstanding cooperation with Framus suggests that this SG copy was probably manufactered by that German company. It is an all Mahogany guitar with a flamed maple top and back, a set neck, a "Blizzard" engraved vibrola style tremolo, two gorgeous sounding Lawrence humbuckers and a fantastically low action. Comes with the shown case.
Welcome to our page here on V&R.
Between 1995 and 2010 we ran a small fine quality vintage guitar shop in the centre of Bavaria/Germany.
Since April 2010 we have been doing online business only.
Here on this site we offer our vintage guitars and, exclusively, our unique handmade Veranda-Guitars. However, it is still possible, by appointment, to test any guitar in our showroom. Also, we ship our instruments within Europe.
All instruments are subject to prior sale. So call first for availability. We only get to sell the one piece and then it`s gone!
If you wish to reserve any piece, please call us and make arrangements.
We ship inside Europe with DHL. All shipping charges & insurance are customers responsibility.
All prices must be paid in € EURO.
We only accept Bank Wire Transferes. Sorry, no Credit Cards.
