Danelectro / 4021 / 1965 / Black / Guitar

We pulled into the shop one morning to see that someone had used our planter as a gear "Safe Haven". This ended up being a 1965 Danelectro model 4021 Hand Vibrato Double Pickup in black, with a matching 1965 Danelectro DM10 amplifier. As you can see, these bb's needed some major work. A real upstairs, downstairs situation, if you will. The BH got to work and put the "voodoo" on the pair and, as is in Guitars West fashion, this duo is the meanest & cleanest you'll see. The 4021 is a short horn double-cut Masonite & Pine body with a Poplar neck and Rosewood fingerboard. Two slanted single coils really help you own the tone with superb resonance and warmth. If it's good enough for James Page, it's good enough for you, no? The guitar comes with its original softshell case.
