Fender Custom Fender Stratocaster Custom Classic 3 Tone Sunburst 2006
Instrument Description:
This beautiful Fender Custom Shop Stratocaster 2009 model has an Alder Body, 3-Tone Sunburst Finish and a figured maple neck with rosewood fretboard. This is a Custom Classic, meant to mimic the look and feel of a vintage instrument, with some modern appointments to improve playability and sound. These include a 22 fret fingerboard, Modern tuners, modern two point floating trem with modern bridge saddles for more sustain,  modern string tree and a 5-way switch. The previous owner has added to this two Suhr V60LP single coil pickups in the neck and middle positions and a Seymour Duncan TB4 Trembucker in the bridge position which means the body also has some extra routing to accomodate this pickup. The volume pot has been replaced together with the 2nd tone pot which now has push/pull functionality for splitting the humbucker. The neck has a full feel with just a hint of V shape. The scale length is 648mm, the radius a modern 9.5" and the nutwidth is a comfotable 43mm. Condition is Very Good; the guitar has some extra routing (very nicely done) and overall some playwear and signs of use in body finish. Includes original Fender Custom Shop hardshell case and certificate of authenticity. I have always been opposed to being trapped into a job eight hours a day to purchase the free time to do what I enjoy. That’s why i started the Fellowship of Acoustics. The fellowship of acoustics was founded by Rudi Bults, Guitarist and obsessed with tone and wood. We are nothing like the "supermarket" style music stores, but specialize in string-things only.
