This is a superb example of a superb guitar. The Fender Custom Shop Eric Clapton signature Stratocaster combines all that is best about a vintage strat with modern appointments such as noiseless pickups, 22 frets a 9.5 radius and a TBX™ Tone Circuit. The neck is a soft V that is slim and very very fast, finished in a lovely soft satin it’s a breeze to play. This guitar was recently purchased from the original owner who it seems only took it out of the case a handful of times. All the case candy is unopened and sealed in it’s packaging. There is a John Cruz tool kit included as well as a host of other goodies. The original purchase receipt is also included in the case making this a very complete package. A light weight strat that seriously rocks! Currently these fantastic guitars are retailing at around £3000. This one was bought in 2015 for £2400, prior to major price rises in Fender Custom Shop guitars. As with all collectible guitars it’s important to keep all the case candy and paperwork together with the original case. This example has everything!

Coffee House guitars is a new (for 2019) boutique guitar shop selling only used, high end American and Japanese guitars from the well known brands. The shop is owned and run by Julian Deverell who has been playing, buying, collecting and selling guitars for 25 years. The shop is based in the warehouse of The Regency Chess Company, a niche chess set business that Julian also owns.
The aim is to make available a good selection of lovely guitars that have been expertly set up and are at their optimum, frets dressed, polished and ready to rock! The shop is in a custom built coffee shop (hence the name) that serves only the worlds best speciality coffee. We may not be the worlds best guitar shop, but we certainly serve the best coffee you’ll find in any guitar shop in the world!
