Fender / Esquire / 1969 / Blond / Guitar For Sale
In the fall of 1950, Fender offered the Esquire model as a lower cost single pickup version of the only other guitar they offered, the Broadcaster (later known as Telecaster). By 1969 Fender offered a dozen or so electric guitar options. By then a lot of Fender Mustangs and Stratocasters were selling and this model was phased out of production. You hardly ever see these rare Esquires from 1969. This one is in excellent all original condition with the matching original Leroy Neiman style hang tag. The weight is 7 pounds 7 ounces. I plugged it in and it does sound great.
