1985 Fender Jazz Bass Special PJ-555 - Gun Metallic incl. black soft case
Rare 1985 Fender Jazz Bass Special PJ-555 in Gun Metallic, all original and in very good condition for its age. Produced only from 85-89, this bass is no longer available and it became famous when Duff McKagan from Guns ´n Roses used this bass as his main-squeeze for most of his live and studio playing in the hay-days of Guns & Roses. Interesting combination: Precision-bass body combined with a slim Jazz-bass neck and 1x P-bass- and 1x J-bass pickup each. The bass has been played, so there is some play-wear, but now hidden repairs, cracks or other issues. Black hardware, lightweight, very versatile and this is the "original" made by Fender in 1985! (...not the "made in Mexico" Duff McKagan-Signature bass Fender launched a few years ago). Incl. black soft case.
