1964 Fender Musicmaster. This guitar is an original 1964 Pre-CBS Fender Musicmaster with a nice Slab Board neck.
Players like Mickey "Dean Ween" Melchiondo of Ween, Dweezil Zappa and Liz Phair - even Jimi Hendrix early in his career - played these great guitars.
And this for good reason - this guitar sounds amazing ... funky, light and with a bell like tone ... all you would expect from a Fender pre CBS!
The guitar is in great condition, with a clean finish and little wear only. All hardware and plastic parts are also in excellent condition.
The original pickup measures 6.3K Ohms. The guitar weighs 2.6 kg and plays fantastically with a straight neck and a low action.
