1966 Fender Precision Bass
This bass has some very nice and rare features. It is equipped with the rare lollipop-tuners, that Fender used for a very limited period in the mid-60's. Besides that, the bass is equipped with all original parts like pickup-covers, thumb rest ect. It also comes with the original case.The most fantastic thing though, is the extremely beautiful and rare birds eye maple neck. Fretboard is rosewood and is the wide version
Everything is original except from the jazz bass pickup that was installed sometime in the early 80's and a couple of screws holding the pickguard. The color is "Sunburst" and the red part of it has faded on the front over the years. On the back you can see the red color.
The bass is light (3800 grams) and its stringed with Tomastik Jazz flatwound strings.
