Fender Sratocaster from 1962 in Dakota Red Finish. This pre. CBS Stratocaster has an original beautiful Dakota Red finish witch is kind of rare for this period of time. The neck date is DEX 62B and has it's original frets in very good shape. The back of the neck and head had a refinish in the late 60'. Tuners, nut, brigde. tremolo and plastics are all original but the elecktronic and pickup trio was changed to a set of black bottom 1964 pickups that date to july 64. There was carved for a switch under the pickguard.

The neck is a medium/slim c-shape neck with rosewood fingerboard and realy fast to play a 9 out of 10. A real player... that deserves to be played
The guitar had one owner only that purched the Strat in a music store in 1965 and it was tucked away for 40 years... until now
