Gibson 1936 L-50 Black
Gibson arch top popular model L-50, which started manufacturing in 1932. Initially, it was 14 3/4 inch width and small size, but in 1935 it was larger to 16 inches, and it continued until 1971.
This individual is also a 16 -inch body, and is determined to be an individual made in 1936 from a B serial stamp.
In addition to the silk screen logo and flat back, the nut width of 45.5mm is an extremely thick V -shaped hoganny neck.
Other body tops are spruce and side back is maple.
As a detailed state, you can see that the head top logo is painted from above. Regarding the paint, there was no discomfort with black light. Black of the same age has a thinner paint depending on the individual, and there are things that make the top grain clear clear, but this individual has a good paint condition. There are several small touch -up marks on the body top.
The pickguard has been replaced, but the main parts such as pegs, bridges, and tailpieces are original.
