2006 Gibson Les Paul Custom Shop R9 anyone?
This guitar is stunning. Bought from Mansons in Exeter, the guitar has been very well cared for but used extensively. The exquisite top has a wonderful three dimensional, multifaceted quality and married to an impressive single piece mahogany body, makes quite the package.
As with the body, the single piece neck shows very little signs of use. The grain is wonderfully showcased here. The Madagascan rosewood fretboard is in great shape as are the frets.
The plastics are in good condition though the knobs have cracked a bit, we may have some replacements somewhere...
The hardware is slightly tarnished but is in great shape nonetheless.
Electrically everything is correct and untouched, as you would expect of course.
The guitar comes with its Gibson Custom Shop hard-shell case and all the extensive documentation you see in the pics.
It's a joy to play with a sublime ‘59 profile neck and the Burstbucker pickups delivering those wonderful PAF-like tones.
Looks and tone to die for, what more could you want?
