This is a really cool & ultra rare ES-175D w/a gorgeous rich Cherry Sunburst finish over a very grainy maple top & back w/walnut stained side panels. Its cool early 3 piece mahogany neck w/its 1 11/16″ nut width feels fabulous. She has a made in USA stamp w/no volute, she’s stamped a 2nd w/no flaws noticeable. Its got a white bound Rosewood fingerboard has double parallelogram inlays. You get a killer variety of tones thru its 2 original Humbucking pickups. She is still sporting her original Kluson Deluxe tuners, its original black pickgard & its 4 witch hat control knobs. All of its chrome hardware is clean from its tun-a-matic bridge to its cool trapeze tailpiece. Its got a clean factory square label still n place, this is the very last of the 60’s spec 175’s w/a fabulous patina. She’s got killer sustain & tone qualities. Other than some slight finish crazing around its jack plate, she’s exceptionally clean overall & a 100% original example, she comes w/its Gibson black tolex/purple lined hard case.
