Gibson / ES-350 / 1947 / Sunburst / Guitar

This is one of the most beautifully designed and constructed guitars by Gibson and they are SCARCE. This is a 1947 Gibson ES-350 in a flamed Maple sunburst archtop body with a 3-piece Maple neck and Rosewood fingerboard. This is a first year ES-350, the only year with the single P90 pickup, before they added a second one in '48. We received it from the only owner's daughter who had a very rough time letting it go. It was very dear to her father and it shows. The condition of this lovely and playable piece is impeccable. We promised her it would go to the best home! The ES-350 was introduced in 1947 as a cutaway version of the ES-300. Our ES-350 is all original. We have a Chris Mirabella guard on its way for her and will accompany the purchase as well! Again, this piece is incredibly special, as it came from its one and only owner with the RARE original Victoria canvas case cover. Woof. The condition of this piece is EXCELLENT/PLUS, especially given its age. We would say it is a 9/10 condition. You will not find a nicer piece on the market right now.
