1972 Gibson Firebird V Medallion - Sunburst incl. orig. Gibson hardshell case
Rare 1972 Gibson Firebird Medallion Limited Edition in Sunburst finish in very good condition. The Medallion series was the first reissue of the 60s Firebird model. The guitar has some playwear and there are some typical dings and dongs. It's got some holes under the trussrod cover from a different (smaller cover). Otherwise it's all original, there are no repairs, no breaks or cracks or other hidden damages. There is a vertical lacquer (!) crack on the upper neck (see pictures). Lightweight with ca. 3,94 Kg and the medium-sized C-profiled neck make this Bird very comfortable to play, the two orig. Gibson Pat.Nr.-Mini-humbucker have outputs of 6,77K and 6,29K and sound great! Comes in its original brown Gibson Firebird case w/pink interior.
