Beautiful original dark sunburst finish, FON number starts with X, in very good condition.
The graceful teardrop shaped pickguard and 19 frets are telltale marks of a pre '55 model . After 1955, the pickguard is larger and pointed and there is 1 fret more (20 frets).
The instrument is in beautiful original condition with some expected signs of use and weather checking in the finish.
It features mahogany back and sides, a spruce top with an original sunburst finish, original pickguard, original square rosewood bridge with pearl dot inlays , comfortable mahogany neck with rosewood fretboard, 19 frets, pearl dot inlays, original tuners and nicely aged creme body bindings.
