This 2003 Gibson Les Paul R4 Custom Shop Limited Edition LP 54 Stinger, serial # 4 3059. This Les Paul was commissioned in very limited numbers by Dave & Connie Carpenter of Washington's Music Machine to commemorate their 26 years of being a Gibson dealer. This Les Paul comes with it's Certificates of Authenticity and original hardshell case. Neck width at the nut measures 1.680 and 2.175 at the butt. Thin mid-60's neck profile is a very smooth player. Frets are virtually untouched and considered a 6105 narrow and tall. CTS pots with Bumblebee caps, and R4 stamped in the cavity. Gibson Speed Knobs, German Schaller Tuners and wrap-around tailpiece, and factory pickups. Weighs 8.7 lbs. This is certainly a very very rare Les Paul and an absolute joy to play. Close enough to be considered an NOS given it's superb condition. There is a small blemish on the back of the guitar that couldn't be bigger than 1mm in size. Stinger stripe headstock makes this guitar an undeniable beauty.
