This is one of those rare special ordered factory “Left Handed” Les Paul Customs that were from 42 years ago when Gibson just started their inventive run of Les Paul Heritage guitars. Its original Dark’burst finish is over a fabulously figured 1 piece Maple Top like we’ve not seen before. Its 1 piece mahogany body has a natural stain showing off its pretty wood selection. Its has a white bound block inlaid ebony fingerboard over a 3 piece Mahogany neck w/a typical volute. Its loaded w/a pair of factory pat. # Tim Shaw Humbuckers that sound amazing. She was also special ordered having no pickgard ever installed to show off its wonderful maple top. She has her original pots dated to sometime in 1980 but hard to read. She has Gibson Schaller tuners, a Nashville bridge & stop tailpiece. Very lightweight. This is a great guitar for that guy that wants to enjoy it for the next 42 years ! She’s a near mint original & comes w/its original molded hard case.
