Guild / T-100D / 1966 / Sunburst / Guitar

Now available on consignment, a cool USA made Guild T-100D from 1966 in its original sunburst finish.

This was one of Guild's best selling models, being a relatively affordable professional grade instrument at the time. It features a fully hollow 16" single cutaway body with binding on the front of the body, and on the neck.

The original single coil pickups are reminiscent of Dearmonds, having a bright snappy tone in both positions and the guitar presents in good original condition. From my assessment all of the original parts remain right down to its original wooden bridge.

It appears another pickguard was installed looking at some additional screw holes near the bridge pickup, however the original pickguard is now back on.

There are no cracks, breaks, or repairs however there is significant play wear as shown. The original frets are worn, however the guitar still plays up and down the neck with a low action.

Includes its original guild hardcase.
