Hagstrom / Swede Bass / 1974 / Trans Red / Bass

You know, when I think of a Hagstrom, I think of Sweden and when I think about Sweden, I think of three things; 1. Volvo, of course. I mean really- every affluent housewife in America has or has had one (We think they are a safe car and of course, we have to protect the women). 2. That's easy- Yngwie J Malmsteen. You remember this guy, right?  He was and still is a neo-classical guitar virtuoso that literally changed the landscape for all rock guitarists back in the 80's. He also has the biggest head Ive ever seen in person (Folks, planes would run into this thing and children would stare and then look away as their mothers comforted them because of this traumatic event). 3. Spandex. That's right people, spandex. Especially if Frida Lyngstad or Agnetha Fältskog from ABBA just happened to be the models wearing it. Do you remember seeing these two delicious vixens in the "Dancing Queen" video? Yeah right; Kimonos or not, that spandex sure knows how to fit snugly around those curvacious, Swedish hens (For those of you who don't know, the YouTube hits will go up this week, because I know you boys will be looking). There's no shame fellows, you gotta do what you gotta do. Maybe I should have told you about the many artist that have used these basses over the years or maybe I should have just mentioned how great this bass really sound or finally, what fine condition this bass really is in. No, I had to go all "spandex" on you and speak about how it (the spandex, of course) fits on curvy women. In my defense, that is what I do. Imagine if you had my job; After a while, you would get tired of copying specs and details. No, creative writing is what I do and I suppose that is what you have come to expect from us. Now, let's get back to the blonde in spandex. Just saying folks. Aww yeah...
