Levin / 1931 Model 290 / 1931 / Guitar

Good condition, 6,5/10, Made in Sweden, super rare model introduced in 1930, dark stain parlor with flamed birch body and factory made for Hawaiian style playing with a fretless fingerboard with inlaid ivoroid strips as position markers, low action so the nut and bridge have probably been significantly lowered for modern playing but the nut looks original so perhaps this was the way it was delivered from Levin, hard to tell, 2 screws under B2 and E1 at the bridge to adjust string height, bound top, 3 dots in the rosewood fingerboard, v-neck, worn finish, no repairs or cracks

Oscar Guitars is today Sweden's largest specialist guitar store with a focus on vintage and used string instruments, pedals and amplifiers. In the store there is a constantly changing exhibition of stringed instruments from all ages and manufacturers, some call it a museum where everything is for sale.

The store is based on a vision that began full-time in 1997 and today, 25 years later, we are one of the the most famous vintage guitar shops in Northern Europe.
