This F-35 is Featuring impressively Figured Bastone Walnut back and sides and Western red Cedar top, Like every Lowden it is beautifully made, very Detailed with beautiful wood details and Perfection to that last detail.The Cedar top is of a very fine structure and beautifully evenly grained and the Walnut is figured beautifully, bookmatched and with subtle colour variations. Walnut-Cedar and George Lowden are best friends and have a long history together, many consider this the perfect wood combination for DADGAD and other drop tunings. The responsiveness and attack are direct, deep and dark but also fill the room with clarity and piano like impressive overtones. The separation is the closest thing to perfect when talking guitars. Due to the smaller size compared to the O model the F is a bit more direct. The volume is impressive, projection straightforward, and it's definition and projection are a joy to listen to or play. The dynamics combined with that unique Celtic tone-character are what Lowden guitars are famed for.

The fellowship of acoustics was founded by Rudi Bults, Guitarist and obsessed with tone and wood.
