Martin / 1976 D-76 / 1976 / Guitar
1976 Martin D-76 in stock
A model released to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the founding of the United States, a 1976 (200 in '75, 1776 in '76) after 1976. The headstock has a pearl inlay, and the fingerboard has a star -shaped inlay that represents 13 states.
It has the same 3-piece back structure as the D-35, but uses wood with the same grade as D-45. Citocus pries is used for the body top, Indian rose wood is used for the side back, and ebony is used for fingerboard/bridge. The peg is equipped with an original glover. Rosetta and back strip contain herringbone, making it an attractive design.
The sound is outstanding just because it uses high quality wood.
D-45 Long sustain as much as losing. Compared to the 45 of the same age, the mid has sticky and percussive impression. I thought it would be good with playing and talking.
The exterior is a pickguard replacement, a repaired bridge repairs, and a reinforcement of the rosewood bridge plate.
There were no cracks or cracks repair.
