Maton EBG808TE Tommy Emmanual with cutaway from 2017. As soon as you plug in this guitar you immediately recognize the typical sound of Tommy Emmanuel, according to many this is the ultimate stage guitar. It features an all-solid construction, unbeatable feedback resistance and a built in AP5 Pro pickup. Tonally this guitar is unique and it plays amazingly light, almost like an electric! But also without amplification this instrument sounds great with a unique balance, great shimmering top end and warm but gracefully powered low end. The Queensland Maple used on the back and sides in combination with the spruce top is the tonewood combination which gives these Maton's their unique voice and appearance. This 2017 model is in excellent condition with very little playwear and signs of use, would be near mint if not for one ding in the side finish and some glossing over of the neck finish. Included is the original hardshell case. I have always been opposed to being trapped into a job eight hours a day to purchase the free time to do what I enjoy. That’s why i started the Fellowship of Acoustics. The fellowship of acoustics was founded by Rudi Bults, Guitarist and obsessed with tone and wood.
