National / Style O 14 Fret Replicon / Guitar

National Style 0 14-fret. Gazing upon the famous Style “O,” one can almost hear the sweet song of the Hawaiian breeze through the swaying palm trees, syncopated to the soft roll of the waves upon the sandy shore as the sun sets in the distance. When National first introduced the Style “O” in 1930, the catalog promised it was “sure to win the admiration of everyone because of its beauty of design and marvelous tone quality.” And advertisements soon proclaimed it National’s “best seller ever!” Now, more than 80 years later, that’s as true as ever. The Style “O” remains National’s flagship — and through the decades, it has become of the most iconic, most recognized guitars of all time. This Style O hasn't got a shiny new nickel-plated finish that the original had, but the finish the original acquired after decades of playing with the brass body peeking through the plated nickel and a reliced neck that looks fabulous. The maple neck is finished in a traditional sunburst and capped by an ivoroid-bound ebony fretboard topped by vintage-style engraved tuners. Thanks to both its look and sound, the Style “O” remains a timeless classic. The National Style O-14, Replicon with 14 Fret to the body meets the demands of players needing easier access to the higher frets. Style O-14 Replicon is a reissue of the guitar used by Mark Knopfler of Dire Straits and The Notting Hillbillies. Based on the original 1937 model. Features hard rock maple neck, brass body made of thin gauge material polished to a mirror-like shine, nickel plated and etched with the traditional Hawaiian scene. The "chicken-foot" coverplate, formed back, and inlaid rosewood peghead complete the authentic look of this guitar, Includes 21% VAT/BTW/MwST and 5 year warranty.   Body Shape: Style O 14-fret Finish: Reliced Body Material: Nickel plated brass Top Material: - Lefty No Body Details: Engraving Neck Material: Maple Neck Profile: C-shape Fingerboard Material: Ebony Fingerboard Radius: 16" Neck Details: Ivoroid bindings, dot inlays Nutwidth: 46,5 mm - 1 13/16" Scale Length: 635 mm - 25" String spacing: 57,5 mm - 2 1/4" Bridge: Biscuit bridge Tuners: 3-on-a-plate Pickup None Condition: New Cosmetic Condition: None Modifications/, Repairs: None Tech Notes: None Travels in: Hardshell case Accessories: None

ABOUT US

I have always been opposed to being trapped into a job eight hours a day to purchase the free time to do what I enjoy. That’s why i started the Fellowship of Acoustics. The fellowship of acoustics was founded by Rudi Bults, Guitarist and obsessed with tone and wood. The idea was offering real expertise when trading and selling the finest instruments in the world from our showroom in Bergentheim, Netherlands. Helping others find the right tools and enjoying an atmosphere that’s unhurried, honest and informative that’s my go. We are nothing like the "supermarket" style music stores, but specialize in string-things only. We are widely known for Flattop guitars but also sell electric, mandolins & banjo’s, amps, parts, and accessories. Our store has earned the reputation for being a great place to shop for the best products and service.
It is our hope that this new website - much more than a list of "gear" for sale - will serve as an example of our commitment to offering a more personal approach, a friendly atmosphere, and an ultimately more satisfying experience for our friends and customers.
If you have any questions just dial +31-523-232205 or e-mail info@thefellowshipofacoustics.com My name is Rudi Bults, and I’m always here to help out. Wherever possible, we would recommend that you visit our store and experience our instruments and service first hand. However, because of our high standards you can be confident of ordering online from us. We hope you enjoy your visit to our site, and welcome your feedback.
