This is a very rare Legend model that pre-dates the actual release of the future “Al Dimiola” model, this was not available in many color choices but certainly not in this beautiful Black finished top that became the std.color on the Dimola model, its fat bowl back has become the size the players want for its rich bassy tone, , its ebony fingerboard has pretty diamond & dots inlaid from top to bottom, it has a very nice fancy rosette around its soundhole, its got a gorgoius hand carved bridge, its got gold Ovation tuners, its has the OP-24 EQ pickup system which was state of the art at that time & still sounds awesome, other than a bit of play wear, she is the perfect workhorse for any gig, she is excellent overall & comes with its black molded hard case.
