Poljakoff / S1 Brazilian Italian Spruce / 2016 / Guitar

Poljakoff S1 OM model acoustic guitar from 2016. Jakob Poljakoff is a Luthier from Dortmund, Germany, and probably one of the youngest independent luthiers in Europe. Jakob has been building guitars for several years at an extremely high level and these days he works together with his brother Alexander. Poljakoff guitars have typical European modest looks but always and without exception sound utterly impressive. You will immediately notice the unique character and impressive tonal qualities that reminded of Stefan Sobell guitars, and the detailing is simply miraculous. One of the eye-catching innovative details is the rounded headstock, stylish and comfortable and attached to the neck Stauffer style using a complex wedge which adds sustain and stability. This luxury S1 or OM model boasts an Italian Spruce top in combination with breathtaking Brazilian Rosewood back and sides (CITES included), it plays and sound simply phenomenal. A few impressive details; several ebony parts like the bridge, headplate, endpiece, heelcap and end of the fretboard have been adorned with a "wood punching" pattern, stylish checkered inlays can be found on the bridge, surrounding the top, as rosette, surrounding the back, as backstrip and surrounding the headplate, the fretboard has minimalistic pearl block side/top position markers and rosewood/maple/ebony bindings surround the body. Condition is "Near Mint"; Exceptionally clean, close to mint with perhaps one-or two minimal signs of use in the delicate shellac top finish. Includes original hardshell with some extra pickguard material and a piece of corc to protect the top finish during string changing. ABOUT US

I have always been opposed to being trapped into a job eight hours a day to purchase the free time to do what I enjoy. That’s why i started the Fellowship of Acoustics. The fellowship of acoustics was founded by Rudi Bults, Guitarist and obsessed with tone and wood. The idea was offering real expertise when trading and selling the finest instruments in the world from our showroom in Bergentheim, Netherlands. Helping others find the right tools and enjoying an atmosphere that’s unhurried, honest and informative that’s my go. We are nothing like the "supermarket" style music stores, but specialize in string-things only. We are widely known for Flattop guitars but also sell electric, mandolins & banjo’s, amps, parts, and accessories. Our store has earned the reputation for being a great place to shop for the best products and service.
It is our hope that this new website - much more than a list of "gear" for sale - will serve as an example of our commitment to offering a more personal approach, a friendly atmosphere, and an ultimately more satisfying experience for our friends and customers.
If you have any questions just dial +31-523-232205 or e-mail info@thefellowshipofacoustics.com My name is Rudi Bults, and I’m always here to help out. Wherever possible, we would recommend that you visit our store and experience our instruments and service first hand. However, because of our high standards you can be confident of ordering online from us. We hope you enjoy your visit to our site, and welcome your feedback.
