Roxy Musics Brian Eno experiments with a Teac 3340-based home set up. Enos later work would retain the do-ityourself ethos, not least his productions with Daniel Lanois for U2. Although the band worked in established studios such as Hansa, Berlin, U2 also rented tape machínes and mixing desks to record in a Dublín castle.
