TDP500TX-3 made with limited 50 from 2005
TAKAMINE / TDP500TX-3
It is an excellent Eleaco model with fearless black finish, non -cutaway, top single plate cedar specification.
In addition to Piezo, the pickup is also equipped with active/passive switching magnetic pickups, and it has a rich overtone sound while picking up the vibration of the guitar itself.
The preamplifier is equipped with a vacuum tube -mounted preamplifier.
Since the original preamplifier was broken, a new CTP-3 (TDP) preamplifier was installed by the manufacturer.
It is an excellent individual that demonstrates the rich tone of the guitar in live / recording.
The basic controls are as follows.
Magnetic PU can switch between active and passive
(The switching switch is on the back of the magnetic PU body)
Active → magnetic PU VOL adjustment is possible
Passive → sound comes out, but VOL adjustment of magnetic PU cannot be adjusted.
Control
・ Volume is a master volume
・ AUX PU is the volume of magnetic PU.
・ COOL TUBE adjusts the Gain of the vacuum tube of the preamplifier.
The guitar itself has been reflected by the manufacturer in the past and can be played comfortably.
The neck is adjusted straight and has no vibration or clogging, and the string height on the 12th fret is set to 2.2 mm on the 6 string side and 2 mm on the first string side.
The amount of saddle protruding is about 2-4mm.
Recommended for those who are looking for high -quality Eleaco, such as live/recording.
